Emirati women and workforce in a clash of culture

What is the conflict? Why?

   Same Emirati families are preventing their daughters or wife from working in a mixed environment. The main reasons for this our traditions and religion’s are against the idea of woman working with men in the same place.     

                     

What is the cultural view behind the conflict?

   Those Emirati families do not accept the idea of woman working in a mixed environment, to them it an issue of honor, shame, and following tradition. This kind of families think’s that if one of there family woman worked in a mixed environment she will infect the family name with shame.     

What is the best solution?

   In this kind of problems the woman should face her family and convince them that now a day’s the every thing is changing as will as people point view of a workingwoman, and there is same company’s that has a private work places for women. 

Bullfighting

               In my opinion, bullfighting cultural is unacceptable. There are several reasons for this. The main reason behind it is that bullfighting is extremely dangerous. It is not possible to control a running blustery bull chasing people. We should keep in mind that the number of injured people is increasing every year. In addition, bull could become extinct. In every bullfight a number of bull get killed, which makes them an endangered species. However, each country has it own belife and behavior passed down within the society with symbolic meaning or special significance with origins in the past (traditions) and bullfighting is one of them. Traditions are hard to change. In conclusion, bulls should be protected, and this kind of activities should be forbidden.
